Running Toward Second Chances: A Journey of Love, Grace, and Giving Back

-A note from Joel-

I am so thankful that my Heavenly Father has created a world where He provides me, a sinful man, a second chance because of His vast love expressed to me through Jesus Christ.  Ephesians 5:1 says, “Follow God’s example dearly loved children and walk in the way of love, just as Christ loved us…”.  Love equates to second chances for me by my Good Good Father.  Because I have received the overwhelming love of God, as a dearly loved child of God, I cannot help but extend the same love to my fellow brothers and sisters in need.  

This season, I am running with TNT to provide second chances by partnering with the following organizations: 1) the Hope Effect (https://www.hopeeffect.com), an international organization providing second chances for orphans around the world to get them out of institutions and place them into families; 2) Embrace Grace (https://www.embracegrace.com), a national ministry providing second chances for unwed mothers and young fathers to experience the love of a mentor and practical support for carrying, birthing, and beginning life as a new mom and dad; and 3) Westy’s Enterprises, Inc., dba  the Bob Engstrom Foundation, (https://westysorganic.com) a local Peoria, Arizona non-profit that provides second chances to cancer patients by providing them cost-free organic food and juice to assist in their holistic cancer treatment.  Thank you for partnering with me and these incredible local, national, and international organizations to provide second chances because we have been provided second chances by our Heavenly Father!
